Lovely Southbourne Five Minutes From the Sea

We're looking for a friendly flatmate for a small double room that's becoming available from the 6th December. Our flat is a 5 minute walk from the beach and 2 minutes from Southbourne High Street, with lots of cafes, charity shops, and pubs within a stone's throw of the flat.

We're a sociable house when everyone is in, but we're both usually quite busy so it's often a quiet flat. We try and get out to the pub or for a sea dip when we're all in, so hopefully the new flatmate will be up for this as well! Liking David Attenborough is also a plus.

In addition to the deposit, there is a £78 change in tenancy fee that the new flatmate will need to pay on moving in. Bills come to around £20/month on top of the rent, too.
