Lovely room on the beach

We are a working couple looking to join us in our flat in Central Southbourne. We are based a two min walk away from the beach, and close proximity to local shops, bars and public transport, with regular busses and pokesdown train station close by.
The room is currently furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bed side table and chest of drawers. The occupant would have full use of a shared bathroom, lounge and kitchen including cupboard space and space in the loft! We also have our own garden with a small shed. There is a washing line in there too. There is on drive parking at first come first serve basis. The building only consists of 4 other flats so it is quite chilled.

We are looking for someone easy going and responsible.
