Double room available mid March in 2 bed ground floor flat, all bills included. Part furnished- double bed, built in wardrobes, chest of drawers. Shared lounge, kitchen, bathroom, patio. Plentiful on road free parking and close to bus routes, shops, beach. Sharing with owner and partner. Quiet household. Looking for someone working, non smoker, quiet and respectful. Must also like cats and be happy to help out with some cat care and plant watering from time to time- hence slightly lower rent. After a successful viewing we would like a couple of references.
