The flat is the first and second floor of a maisonette and is situated in a quiet road. It is just 2 minute walk from southbourne grove highstreet and a 7 minute walk too the beach.
The flat comes with a kitchen with the following amenities fridge, freezer double oven, microwave washing machine, dishwasher and gas hob.
The bathroom (which is the main one of two) has a bath and shower will be used mostly by yourself, but also for guests of the house.
The lounge has a large 50’ tv and a huge sofa to relax on with Netflix Amazon Disney Now all available.
About myself:
I am a 27 year old male healthcare professional who works at Bournemouth hospital.
I enjoy socialising with friends be that going for drinks, being out in nature especially hiking and playing or watching sport!
I enjoy a good balance of socialising and relaxing.
House rules/expectations:
The expectation is that this is a working professionals’ flat (consider mature students or postgraduate students). Having friends over and night out is welcome just a heads up is appreciated. i am looking for a flatmate so socialising and getting along is key!
You must be respectful in the evenings and respectful of eachothers work patterns.
You must tidy up after yourself and do your washing up straight after cooking.
About the agreement:
Move in date is ideally 1st March but we can be flexible for the right person.
The minimum is a 3 month contract then rolling after that.
The rent is to be paid no later than the 1st of each month, for the following month's stay.
Rent includes all bills; Council Tax (band C), Gas & Electric, High Speed sky Broadband, Water, sewage.
