The flat has a lovely bathroom with a large bath and shower, and a good-sized kitchen, with plenty of storage available in the loft if needed. There is room for two parking spaces in the driveway and plenty of parking on the road outside.

Looking for a housemate to rent one of the double rooms, which is part furnished, with a double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side tables. Looking for a professional female housemate who works outside of the home at least most of the time, as one of the occupants works from home regularly as a therapist in the NHS.

Currently there are two housemates in the flat who both enjoy getting out in nature and being active and like to exercise regularly but also enjoy quite time at home. Looking for someone who fits in with the relaxed atmosphere and is quiet and relaxed too (not a big party person) and who is also clean and tidy.
