We are looking for the perfect person or couple. We are a very warm loving home and would like to find someone that alines with us.
The room has a single bed in at the moment but plenty of room for double.
£700 pcm single occupancy
£950 double occupancy
We are looking for a professional person who works mainly out of the house.
The available room is upstairs. It's a large double room (currently with single bed) desk, drawers and wardrobe. Included is use of own bathroom/shower room.
The room currently has some furniture in which can be used, or bring your own.
There is a section of garden that can be your own which is shown in photos. Rest of garden is shared.
Large kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge freezer and washing machine. (there would be a fee to use tumbledryer)
Large lounge also shared. Hallway with dining table.
Very close to bus routes 1a to Bournemouth and Christchurch.
Close to river stour nature walks.
We are looking for a professional person.
References required. Guarantor requested.
Bills included. (apart from tumble dryer)
There is space in the kitchen to have your own fridge freezer if you prefer.
Otherwise shared fridge. If it's a couple would need own fridge.
