Double room in friendly flat share

Hi! I’m Katie and I’m buying a flat in Southbourne, which I’m hoping will be ready to move into around May time. I’m looking for a housemate to join me. Technically you would be a ‘lodger’ but I would prefer if we had a housemate vibe, where it feels like a shared space etc. The room will be furnished, but if you’d prefer to bring your own furniture that can also work! I’m at work and out the house 6:30-7pm ish 4 days a week. I’m fairly social, enjoy a board game and shared dinner, movies, crafternoons etc. the flat needs a bit of TLC (just painting really) so it may not be ready until later in the summer but thought I’d post now and see if everyone was interested:) ps the photos are from when I’ve viewed it/ Rightmove, so it will be freshly decorated, but to give you an idea of the space!
