Hi, we’re Emily and Katie, we met on SpareRoom and contacted a Landlord about this property we both like.

We’re both starting new jobs in Bournemouth in September and will be new to the area. We’re looking for 3 more housemates to join us in this house on Overcliff Drive in Southbourne.

We're easygoing, friendly and excited to make the most of living so close to the beach. Looking for other professionals who are laid-back and considerate.

The house has multiple sitting rooms + loads of storage and is a short walk to Southbourne Grove for shops and cafes.

2 sea view doubles (first floor & ground floor) both £840 pcm
1 ground floor double, no sea view- £740 pcm
Tenancy: 1st Sept 2026 – 30th June 2027
All bills included (gas, electric, water, council tax)
Deposit: one month's rent
