Double room in house near sea and shops

Double room. Fully furnished. Southern Road BH6. Cliff top and beach at end of street. Southbourne Grove high street at other end, with mini markets, cafes and restaurants, shops and transport links.

The room is on the top floor of a large Edwardian house, with a toilet shower room next to it. On the floor below are the rooms of the family, we are a professional couple and our teenaged son doing A Levels. We have a friendly dog and cat who are besties.

The room is usually let to a student, it would suit someone who is studying. We are friendly but you also have your privacy on the top floor. It would suit someone who socialises outside the home. We request no partners or visitors.

All bills are included, and very good WiFi. There is a large utility space with a washing and a drying machine.
