Very modern extension that suits my traditional home with character. large bright semi-detached house in quiet area. House has open fireplaces along with DG and CH and underfloor heating throughout.. All mod cons included.. 2 separate toilets. One WC and sink, which is on the ground floor, is next to the room available. This could act as an ensuite to my room mate.. All bills included.
2 minute walk to regular bus route into Bournemouth and the surrounding area which takes 15 mins by bus. 15 minute walk to Southbourne beach. Walking distance to Southbourne shops which is very cosmopolitan with bars, restaurants and an array of independent shops and other chain stores.
I am looking for one mature, professional person with references.
