Southbourne, double room with single bed

I love my home, it is clean, fairly quiet, close to the beach (5mins) and all amenities in the heart of Southbourne. Easy access to JPMorgan, Bournemouth hospital and AECC if you're not familiar with the area.

I have a double sized room, which would suit a professional. It is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, desk & chair, bookcase .
Shared facilities: bathroom with separate shower and bath and a separate second toilet /sink, to minimise clashes. WIFI, kitchen with dishwasher, cooker, microwave etc. and a utility with washing machine. The flat is fully double glazed so noise is minimal. Bills included. If you have a small car, there may be parking on the lot. There is plenty in the surrounding area.
I am looking for someone who likes living in a nice clean and calm place. You will be sharing with 2 others who are both friendly, quiet professionals. Short term lets considered.
