The house is in a very quiet cul-de-sac, two minutes walk from the main road where you can easily find buses to Bournemouth, Boscombe and Christchurch. It is also very close to Pokesdown train station and Southbourne (5 min walk), Castlepoint and Bournemouth Hospital. Parking is not provided but it is very safe to leave your car outside.

The room is very beautiful, big and it contains a triple door wardrobe, 2 bedside cabinets and a computer table.

Fully equipped modern kitchen. Central heating and wi-fi, outdoor garden space are also available.

Rent includes all bills.
