Room available for Monday to Friday

I have a nice double room with own bathroom in my flat available on a Monday - Friday basis.

I live in a nice road leading to the gorgeous Southbourne beach, less than a five minute walk, and on the edge of the bustling Southbourne Grove with it's fabulous eateries and lovely shops.

There is a good and frequent bus service from the end of the road and it's a five minute walk to the station and quite close to the Wessex Way.

There is plenty of roadside parking, wifi and full use of the kitchen and lounge and includes all bills.

The room is clean with plenty of storage, including a large built in wardrobe.

I am easy going, and sometimes away for the occasional night during the week.

I have no preference with gender or nationality, and would consider couples for small additional fee per month.
