Shared Public Space: The House ground floor has shared kitchen /WC/ Lounge diner area/ conservatory, (not to be cluttered with any personal items). There is also a garden , and garage. There is bathroom with bath and power shower. There is a single room and two double rooms on first floor , Top floor double and single owners room (which can be used occasionally use by House-mate guests WITH PRIOR APPROVAL of owner ). This single top room floor can be used if owner absent as works abroad for laundry .

Private Space;
First floor has 2 Double bedrooms to rent, which one is ensuite and both have large fitted wardrobes. Single room too .
Top Floor has a Further double and owners single room. 4 rooms available to rent. The bathroom is on the same first floor too.
Large parking area to rear and on road parking in front of house .

Single person occupancy only for all rooms, with occasional overnight visitor allowed (1 night per week). Top 2nd floor Double bedroom with sink / First Floor double / First Floor Ensuite double with private shower/sink/toilet. First floor single. The Top floor has its own sink , built in Wardrobe and feature stone port-hole and Mahogany Dormer windows. First floor has shared bath/ power shower / toilet for occupants of non ensuite and single room.

Use of Landlord’s Top single room for occasional guest stop-overs available by arrangement with Landlord whose room it is. Laundry too if I’m away

There is TV sockets in all rooms. Some under attic storage.

Sharing with single males, and occasionally theLandlord who works abroad mostly. As Landlord, I would expect property AND GARDEN to be kept in a good state, including a carport , shed , conservatory , and housemate to keep the house cleaned by way of a rota. No storage of personal items in public spaces . No storage of bikes in conservatory .
