Shared front door access through boot room to private stairway leading to own sitting/dining area, double bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Currently fully furnished but you are welcome to bring your own furnishings should you wish to. A fully managed service available if required to include towels, bed linen, weekly change over and a full clean throughout at an extra cost. Shared use of large modern kitchen, with fridge/freezer space, use of cooker, microwave, and air fryer, use of washing machine, line, tumble drier and airer. All the bills are included. Please note as it is an old cottage the stairs are steep, gables low and the bathroom has a hand held shower fitting only. There is no walk in shower due to the roof height and shape however there is endless hot water and a huge bath. All nicely decorated and ready. The main part of the house is occupied by a family and there will be the normal comings and goings related to family life. However, as stressed, the accommodation available is completely separate. There is also an incredibly friendly dog at the property and two cats.
I am looking for a working professional who is happy to accept we are a family. The children are quite grown up and easy to get along with on the occasions when we over lap in the kitchen. I am hoping for someone who has the approach of being a friendly neighbour so easy going and approachable. There are also a number of outbuildings so if you need to store a bike for example, that is possible.
