This annexe has become available, attached to landlord's house. Set in a quiet village location just off A350, the rooms face south and overlook the garden. You will have you own parking space and front door into your private property. There is an entrance hall, good sized kitchen which was fully refurbished last year including all the white goods and electric cooker. You have a 21 foot bed-sitting area with a multi burner fire, oil central heating, and furnished should you wish it. If you have your own items I am happy to remove them for storage. There is a bathroom with bath and overhead shower, and a separate room which has been used as an office or walk in wardrobe. there's plenty of space with a large understairs cupboard.
Next door we are a family of 3 sometimes 4 with a chocolate Labrador, and 2 cats.

Local shops are 15 minutes away, good links to A303 and local train station 20 minutes away with routes to London and South West.
