Double Room Swanage

Large sunny double room available for 3 -4 months, possibly longer, in a three bedroom character stone terraced house in west Swanage. I own the house but spend the majority of my time away so that this is not a flatshare in the conventional sense. The room is on the top floor (an attic room) with views of the sea and Isle of Wight. We have all usual facilities, modern kitchen, large lounge/diner and pretty walled garden. There are friendly neighbours in a quiet terrace off the main road. It's less than a mile from the seafront and close to a supermarket, local pubs and restaurants. This would suit a quiet, tidy, responsible employed person who doesn't mind being on their own and not someone wishing to party or entertain. I would consider letting to a couple but in this case the rent would increase to 500 pcm. Share of the gas bill is not included in the rent quoted but all other costs are covered.
