Hi, I am looking for a Mon-Fri Lodger at my own house in Swanage.
The house is a lovely classic 3 bed semi with fabulous views over the Purbecks. There is no broadband (or phone), but there is excellent 3G reception from both Three and Vodafone (maybe others) which is what I use. There is TV but no satellite.
The room is a lovely big double with wall to wall mirrored wardrobes providing plenty of deep storage for your stuff.
Swanage is a lovely place to be at the weekends and use of the house for the odd weekend visitor can be arranged.
There is a garage, half full of my stuff, but suitable for a bicycle or motorbike. Plenty of off-street car parking in the drive.
My work patterns are sporadic, and for much of the time you will have the run of the place, so this is factored in the price. Very nice set up for someone working away.
