Newly redecorated single bedroom in newly redecorated family house. The terraced house is in a quiet cul de sac in Swanage only 5 minutes walk from the town centre and sea front. The room is fully furnished and has lovely views of Swanage bay. The house consists of lounge dining room, kitchen, bathroom and 3 bedrooms with front and rear garden. There is plenty of car parking space outside the house and only a minutes walk to the bus stop.

We are a quiet, friendly and tidy household, consisting of Mum and 25 year old son, my 23 year old daughter is away travelling, hence an empty room for approximately 12 months, maybe longer if she decides to stay in New Zealand to work.
