Homeshare & paid cooking option available

There are 2 options for home sharing.

The room rent is £650 p month inclusive in option 1. Bathroom is shared with one other female, although not the 92 yr female. (Who has her own bathroom)

Option 2 includes paid cooking of £200 p month as described below.

Caring & mature FEMALE homesharer / room £650 per month all bills included. £200 p month, paid cooking/ home help - 2 days a week preparing breakfast lunches / soup for 92 year young female. 2.30 hrs each day.

Begin mid February onwards.
Minimum stay 3 months. Flexibility with days. Must enjoy and have experience with cooking & have a love and care for elders.

Single person should be a healthy FEMALE and a NON SMOKER / non regular drinker. (No couples, children or pets )

Clean simple food preparation with organic vegetables, fruit, grains, fish. (No red meat). We have a smoothie maker and juicer for some breakfasts and are health conscious, aware of using “food as medicine “

We are seeking a warm hearted capable, compassionate FEMALE with similar lifestyle interests and a consciousness seeking, aware spirit to share our lovely house and assist with 5 hrs a week in the kitchen.

A high standard in Personal Cleanliness and hygiene protocols around food preparation is essential. Equally with cleanliness around the home; as well as care for your own health and tidiness, cleaning of your personal & shared communal space.

This is a vulnerable time for a 92 year old, preparing her consciousness in transition from the Earth plane.

Paid work: preparing breakfast: cornflakes & fresh fruit and cooking a healthy simple lunch & sometimes a vegetable soup.

Light housekeeping consists of cleaning up the kitchen after food prep, and operating the dishwasher. Using the dyson cordless vacuum in common spaces.

The ideal person should be in robust health mentally as well as physically and enjoy preparing fresh simple “Mediterranean style” pescatarian cooking, You must enjoy cooking and be able to prepare food from scratch. Simple nutritious dishes. ie steamed veg and fish, rice or pasta., salad.

You are creative, able to improvise and have common sense practical abilities. Qualities needed are: caring, sensitivity, tidiness, health conscious, lighthearted & honest, respectful, patient, responsible, flexible, with a genuine interest in Connection and friendship. Maturity, understanding and a good sense of humour are also essential.

Up to date CRB Check and a work or previous landlord and character references required.

Our home is spacious and comfortable 3 bed, 2 bathrooms, with a huge lounge and wood burner, garden and parking.. Further details & Photos on request.

There is an allotment a few mins away with panoramic views to the sea, which you may use to grow vegetables, flowers and relax in.

Lyme Regis is a small yet pretty and vibrant, character seaside town; rich with natural wild beauty, woodlands and Cliff walks. Stunning views of Lyme Bay. Artisan & crystal shops, town mill bakery, theatre, artistic community, varied good food restaurants and cafés, and a sandy as well as stone beach. It gets busy in summer tourist season and quieter in winter. We love the clean air, nature and peace here.
