Description

Landlord looking for a lodger. The space is a separate top floor roof conversion that is fully furnished. The space includes a double bedroom, lounge-kitchenette, shower room. Owner resides downstairs.

There is shared access from the floor below where the landlord resides.

The bedroom is a double room, with double bed, wardrobe, small chest of drawers, side table and electric radiator

The lounge consists of an easy chair, large chest of drawers, foldable table, TV and stand, heater

The kitchenette consists of a fridge, small freezer, combination microwave (microwave, grill and oven) and plenty of cupboard space. Sink and drainer with hot water boiler.

The bathroom consists of a toilet, electric shower, wash basin and wall heater.

Rooms will be cleaned fortnightly and bed linen changed weekly by landlord.

There is a parking space
