Homely House Share Near Poole

Hiya!

Looking for two housemates to share my family-owned home with. £660/month including bills.

The rooms are medium to large double bedrooms, including wardrobe and chest of drawers. You will need your own bedding.

The house boasts a large open plan kitchen/living room complete with a large shared TV, storage for food, big fridges. You will have space in the loft if you have any of your own pots/pans etc as this will not be necessary as the house is kitted out with everything you will need.

There is a large garden, complete with seating areas.

There is parking available, two spaces at the front of the property.

The house has super fast WiFi. All bills included, washing machine and dryer available (at no extra cost!).

The house is 10 minutes' drive from Poole town centre and 20 minutes' drive from Bournemouth town centre. 15-20 minute drive from the beach.

There are basic local amenities nearby including pharmacy, GP practice, co-op shop, library and community centre, also a Costa Coffee. All within walking distance, and we are very close to Upton Country Park if you like your running or exercise.

I am a nurse in Poole Hospital. I am looking for like-minded housemates, friendly and professional, working full-time and preferably not from home. Preferably someone in the police, teachers, engineers, this kind of thing. I also love nature-loving people, but feel free to contact me and we can meet up to discuss.

Security deposit of a month's rent please so £660. This would be entirely returned to you upon leaving the house in the condition you found it in. No minimum stay required, a month's notice is all that's required both ways.
