Spacious double bedroom to rent

I have a spacious, furnished double loft conversion to rent out in a family home. There is a large shared bathroom, kitchen, living area and garden.
I have pets: two friendly cats and two daughters 5 years and 25 years.
There is on road parking and we are close to convenience shops and on the main bus route. Cab from Poole / Ashley cross is approx £8 - £10 before midnight.
Would suit a young professional or student.
There is broadband (no cable currently in room but that can easily be arranged if you'd like it), washing machine, fridge/freezer/ microwave.
£400 a month bills included (if you'd like breakfast and an evening meal that's no trouble we can work that out too)
We are pretty chilled and will be happy to keep, ourselves to ourselves but if you are partial to the odd glass of vino or game of cards you would be welcome to join us.
