Double bedroom, all bills, LARGE fitted wardrobe

Nice, light double room to rent in Upton. Just £75 per week, all bills included.

We live in a 3 bed terrace and are looking for a new room mate! This includes LARGE fitted mirrored wardrobe. We've a good size lounge, fully fitted kitchen, parking space and outside storage (should you need it).

The room is fully furnished, however we've quite a large bed in there at the moment. Should you wish to put a smaller one in, we are happy to arrange for ours to be stored elsewhere. We do have another bedroom we have offered to other tenants to use as a second lounge, should this be of interest.

We are a young couple (24, 33) we've two (quiet) dogs. My partner has his own businesses, so they spend the day with him and are generally worn out/sleeping by the time they get back home! We enjoy water sports, cooking and relaxing with a film.

Tenancy we are looking for is 6 months, payable one month in advance. We can be flexible on this for the right person :)
