Two nice rooms in house in a quiet road

house in quiet road with large enclosed south facing garden. Easy access to train station and not far to walk to shops. Shared kitchen dining room ,but not living room. Owner living in with 25 year old daughter; who is shy and does not like lots of drama, so please respect this. Working / professional people preferred but that doesn't mean I would rule out students. No children or pets. Any friends staying over would have to be by agreement and not on a regular basis.
