The room - a lovely double room to rent with built in wardrobe storage and your own bathroom - bed currently provided but can be moved if you have your own (not the bed in the picture).
Pictures show how previous tenant has dressed it but should show size and space - their bed is queen size!
The house and facilities - a 5 bed semi-detached with large driveway. All bills and wi-fi connection included.
The people that live there - 35 year old female and almost 4 year old very sociable and no issue young lady (previous tenants happy to vouch that she’s no problem!).
I am a hybrid worker, home three days a week, standard hours.
pretty boring Monday to Friday, but do enjoy socialising at the weekend. Away at least 1-2 weekends a month currently. Have had lodgers even since I’ve owned my own property, 16 years. Average tenancy at least a year.
Monday to Friday lets are preferred but we welcome anyone to come and view.
