The owner works away and only returns one or two days a month using the property as a base and office. It is situated in a semi-rural position between Weymouth & Dorchester, lying a short distance from the main Dorchester Road with good public transport links. Quiet location, off street parking, 3 x WC's, one en-suite, integrated kitchen appliances, entertainment studio etc etc. Fully furnished with recent refurbishment and quality fittings. All areas and facilities are available for tenants. I am looking for friendly, respectful people to house share. Lodgers can enjoy the whole property, treating it as their own home. The local area is beautiful and surrounded by open fields. A lovely village type community exists, largely revolving around the pub some 50 yards across the road. The house would best suit busy working professional people with plenty of interests.
The cottage has a quieter atmosphere but there is plenty happening around the house in a friendly environment with professionals.
