Double room in detached house. Great area

My name's Nick. I have a double room available in a 3 bedroom detached house in Upwey (Weymouth). I work away regularly so you would have the whole house to your self for a portion of the time. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac just off Dorchester road in Upwey. It is detached, has a reasonable size rear garden and patio. If you don't know it, Upwey is a village on the outskirts of Weymouth. The house is 8 minutes drive to the nearest beach or 15/20 minutes by bike. The village has 2 good pubs, a Tesco express, a local shop, a couple of café/ tea rooms and a station that has direct trains to London, Bristol/Gloucester. The area around is also great for all Watersports and outdoor pursuits. Weymouth town centre is about 10 minutes by car or regular bus, Dorchester is also about 10-12 minutes. Both towns are 4/5 minutes by train..

Looking for male or female. Not worried about age too much. Main thing is that you are trustworthy, clean and respectful. Would be ideal but not at all essential if you have simular interests. I enjoy all outdoor activities, walking, swimming and cycling in particular. I'm also happy socialising and love to travel.
