This would suit a working professional. I am very friendly but used to quiet pursuits and need someone who is neat and tidy, as I like order myself.

It is in a beautiful Dorset Location, within walking distance of both Potterne Park and Moors Valley Country park.. Brilliant for cycling and running enthusiasts.

The property is situated in a quiet location down an unmade road in Verwood. Morrisons supermarket is 5/10 minutes away on foot and a couple of minutes by car, with petrol station on site.

You will have shared use of kitchen.

I have two small dogs who are friendly and don't shed hair but they will want to be friends with you and greet you.

Parking available within gated access. Internet available.

You have use of a shower room near the bedroom and can use the bath upstairs by agreement with me.

Also, you can feel free to sit in the lovely garden area.

I have no objection to you watching TV in the lounge area, by agreement, as I sometimes need quiet time for work on my PC.
