Room to rent in quiet flat

Room to rent in my flat in the centre of Verwood. I work away a lot so have decided to turn my living room into a room for me and rent my bedroom out. It comes furnished, bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, bed side table etc. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils etc. Walking distance to all local shops and the forest only 5 minute walk away :). Looking for someone who is similar age to me, chilled out, tidy, quiet, easy to get on with :). (Bathroom will be getting new mirror and shower head holder/curtain)
