Lodgers must be employed and not working from home,

Couples considered with higher rent, pets considered dependent on pet.

I have a 7 year old tabby cat so other pets need to be socialized.

Long term rental possible as I travel a lot so hopefully will find lodger happy to feed my cat while away.
