Student house, close to the BU Talbot Campus

Small Room available with great facilities, in a lovely student house in the Wallisdown area. About a 20 minute to the Bournemouth Uni Talbot campus, and direct buses. We are looking for either a male or female, and would preferably prefer then them to be a student, and around the same age range. This is around £410 a month, plus a share of the bills between 5 people. Spacious kitchen and living area, and 3 bathrooms. There are currently 4 other girls, who are studying mostly nursing.
