Hi, I'm writing this one on behalf of our landlady who owns a couple of properties near universities.

4 students are looking for 2 housemates to join their group next academic year. (4 of them already live in the house)

. It's a fairly quiet house, and it's based 1 minute away from BU and AUB which is definitely useful. There is a washing machine + tumble dryer which is supper handy.

Rent is £150/week for double bedroom and £155/week for the double en-suite one.
