This is small studio Built back of house
Its got its own entry, own shower , small kitchenette with microwave. & Small Electric hot plate to cook but not oven and cooker.
Use of garden available and all bills are included including wifi.
Furnishings revised as the pictures are from before.

Spare room was not giving option for studio so had to put double bed in the add

It's a large self contained room, not a sharing place . Total area is about 6 meter by 4 meter width. Close to Talbot university and Sainsbury at alder hills. Brank some train station is about 15 mts walk
