Its a lovely house with large garden, large kitchen, and living room, parking for 2 cars, a conservatory, and 2 bathrooms, the room you will move into has a double bed and overlooks the driveway.
Talbot village -the house is 5 mins from the uni, it has Sainsburys and Aldi near by plus Premier less than 3 mins away, and 4 mins from the bus stops, that travel to Poole and Bournemouth center.
