Single room available in 2 bedroom flat

Hi,

I have a room available for rent )photos to come soon) in a 2 bedroom shared flat. I am currently the only tenant so I'm looking to share. It's on the high street so great access to shops and I have a very good landlord who is always happy to fix things, drill holes, help put up pictures etc.

There is a shared living room, kitchen and toilet. The room is available 7 days a week, 365 days a year. There is some limited parking out the back. The bathroom is being redone in April hence the availability in May.

I have two school age daughters that live with their Mother but they are here during the daytime on two days a week - Saturday from 10-6.30 and Thursday from 4-6.30 and also selected days during holidays. For this reason the ideal flatmate would be child-friendly.

The spare room has enough space in it for a single bed and a few pieces of furniture. There's a large wardrobe fitted into the wall. There is a single bed in there at the moment which can be used. We can also get some more furniture in if necessary.

Main requirements for the type of person to share are that they are child-friendly, fairly agreeable, reliable with rent and trustworthy. Conscientious is always a great characteristic. And being able to communicate well.
