A friendly older lady reduced memory is seeking a Sharer for their home to give them a mix of 15 hours’ help and company each week in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.

She would value the friendly reassurance and company of having someone around her home in the evenings and overnight. She would also like some general practical help around the home cooking a few meals, light tidying/putting out the bins, picking up shopping, prompts and reminders, accompanying on occasional outings, help with light gardening (pots on balcony), and ad hoc practical help and errands as may be needed.

The accommodation on offer is a large single with fitted wardrobes (furniture to be added in discussion with the Sharer) and shared use of the shower room, kitchen, sitting room and balcony.

The property is in an excellent location in the heart of Wareham.

The lady enjoys socializing, light gardening, local sight-seeing, listening to music (1980s Soul and pop), TV and radio, nature… and taking her elderly cat for walks!

As a Sharer you are free to work or study as long as you have enough spare time to give the agreed level of company and support. The ideal Sharer will be a positive, friendly, kind, helpful and reliable non-smoker who ideally shares some of the person’s interests. There is an elderly cat, so a cat lover essential.
