1 room has settee and lovely view of forest include all bills! the other is a double with built in wardrobe this is slightly smaller but does get the morning sun over looks garden! both have a TV. shared newly refurbished bathroom with bath, lovely area 5 mins walk from rail and bus station 2 mins from forest ,20 mins walk to town, sports center aprox 2 miles. loads of parking. Use of a very large kitchen, use of washing machine! also use of a sunny quiet garden! would want signed contracts! don't mind short term or longer term !.small deposite secures room 1 month rent on day you move in and 1 month notice to leave !
