Double Room In Wareham (By Station)

Looking for a house mate to share my property, which is in a convenient location next to Wareham train station.

Double room with fitted wardrobe & bed, shared use of the rest of the house & garden to use as own (plenty of storage space etc).

I am laid back, easy going and very sociable, looking for similar type of person, age/gender not as important however MUST love dogs and be happy to live with them as the home is shared with my 2 terriers!!

Smokers or non smokers welcome (I smoke but am quite happy to smoke outside!)

£400 pcm which includes all utility bills, council tax and BT TV/Internet.

Looking to rent from 1st September but could be available sooner if required.
