Available - a lovely quiet, sunny, bedroom with king size bed, wardrobe, broadband, in a friendly and clean house share with a professional person. Preferably for 5 weeknights. Utilities not available but full use of kitchen is included.
A pleasant and considerate housemate aged 20 - 60 yrs. Perhaps enjoys music and sport.
Lovely semi-rural location plus train station (mainline to London) 5 minutes away, bus stop and all local town amenities only a few minutes walk - including shops, cinema, library, sports centre. Great for walking and cycling with easy off road access to Wareham Forest. House also has small sunny patio and car park space. GCH, two bathrooms ....... use of adjacent bathroom for sole use of lodger..
Large kitchen/diner with fitted kitchen.
Use of kitchen and dining room included
Utilities not included
Rental for a minimum of one week.
£100 per week (4 nights Mon -> Thursday)
