Warm double room in central Westbourne, Bournemouth in an adult home, made up of 1 female 50 & me a relaxed 56 year old who travels a lot. 😁✌️- available from around 4th October 2025 - £600 per calendar month. Bills included, superfast WiFi. NO PARKING - plenty of public transport within metres including, Beryl bikes, local buses, county buses, taxi rank, national coaches and a few minutes walk to Branksome train station. Shops, bars and restaurants close and the beautiful beach is a 15 minute walk, 7 miles of golden sand! 20 minute walk & 1.5 miles to central Bournemouth although the buses are every few minutes, it is a nice walk .
No children, single occupancy only, minimum one months notice on departure.
Washing machine, tumble dryer.
One months rent as deposit in advance secures it. Looking forward to finding our next house mate. 😁
