Looking for 2 new housemates

My current housemates are moving out due to moving away, so am looking to renew my house contract with 2 new people. (This will go through the estate agent). I have already found one person to move in, so am now looking for the final person who will get on with us both.

It’s a large maisonette. Containing 3 large double bedrooms (the final bedroom I’m looking to fill is pictured), kitchen with dining table (also dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier), living room, spare room, and 2 bathrooms. It’s a 5-10 min walk from the beach.

I’m looking for sociable flatmates who like watching a film some evenings or going out, but equally sometimes want their own space. Ideally between the age of 20-30 male or female. I want it to feel like a home rather than just a place to stay, and ideally am looking for flatmates with the same view.

A bit about me, I love sports and outdoor activities, nights in or nights out, and cooking. I usually do park run on a Saturday morning and would always be happy to bring my flatmates with me!
