The room has a small double bed, desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers, making it ideal for a professional, postgraduate or mature student looking for a comfortable base in Bournemouth.

Available for stays from 1 month, ideally up to around 6 months, although a longer stay could be considered for the right person.

You’ll have shared use of the lounge and fully equipped kitchen, including washing machine, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. High-speed Wi-Fi and all bills are included.

A fortnightly cleaning service is included, covering the bedroom, en-suite and shared areas.

Excellent Westbourne location – around 5 minutes’ walk from the shops, cafés, bars and restaurants, around 10 minutes’ walk to the beach through Alum Chine, and approximately 15 minutes by bike to Bournemouth University.

There is no on-site parking, although street parking is available a few minutes’ walk away. Secure bike storage is also available.

I’m a friendly, laid-back professional who enjoys the beach, swimming and watersports. I’m looking for someone clean, considerate and independent who would enjoy a calm, relaxed home environment.

The room would particularly suit a working professional, placement-year student, postgraduate or someone in Bournemouth on a fixed-term basis.
