The flat is located in a peaceful neighbourhood in Alum Chine, just a few minutes walk from the beach and a short walk to the shops, restaurants and bars of Westbourne. Nearby there are lovely walks in Alum and Branksome Chine.

I am looking for a quiet, tidy, non-smoking lodger to share with me only. I am a single, gay male professional in my late forties. There is a shared bathroom and kitchen and the flat has a tumble drier.

The monthly rent is inclusive of all bills, including broadband.

I will happily consider small animals but please note the flat is not suitable for dogs or cats.
