About me:

I've been letting my room to lodgers for several years and have always enjoyed the experience. I get along well with people and have a lot of local knowledge if they find it useful to know.

I like exercise and fitness, and also enjoy time at home, relaxing and chilling. I like to be sociable as well as spending time on my own. It is a very quiet block with many retired residents but everyone is very friendly.

I am looking for preferably a male who wants a quiet and comfortable home. I am single, living alone, easy going and work normal office hours in higher education. No pets are allowed unfortunately.

£500 deposit needed. Rent is payable monthly.
The flat is quiet, clean and tidy and I would like to offer the room to someone who likes to be quiet and tidy and easy going.
