Beautiful Double Room with Kitchenette

A beautiful recently refurbished room on the third floor with a private kitchenette and king size bed with built in television. The house is recently renovated and has parking, 8 mins walk to the sea and is within the Alum Chine area. The house is refurbished to a very high standard and has a large lounge, kitchen, snug and south facing garden. We are looking for a friendly professional to live with us, we are a chilled, serene set of people and after someone who can enjoy the house together with us - ideally not a party animal.
