A double room in a 3 bed flat Westbourne living with myself and a friend which has been here 1 month now located in centre of Westbourne local to beach and both Bournemouth and poole, I work in a vintage shop and my friend works in the NHS. main thing we are after is someone that respects the flat, we both use this as a space to chill and is tidy.

Also bills not Inc but all in is roughly £650 a month
Room does not include bed
Bus stops all round Westbourne. 2 carpark spaces in garage 1 used now on street parking 6pm-11am bike storage, also train station about 10/15 min walk branksome
