Nice renovated own mini studio - bedsit

Hi,
Starting in October, a self-contained studio in a newly refurbished ground-floor flat in Westbourne will be available. The flat has good transport links to Bournemouth and Poole. And there are some free parking places near by: "First come, first served".
The studio has space for a double bed, a small kitchenette, and a good-sized separate bathroom. The flat has a small, shared entrance.
I am looking for a long-term lodger who is looking for a clean, quiet, and respectful place to live. I pride myself on my high standards and attention to detail. I am friendly and approachable and look forward to sharing the place with the right person.
The studio accommodation would suit a young professional or a retired person.
