Sunny double room, quiet flat in Westbourne

Hello I'm Luke - I'm offering a lovely, sunny, moderate sized double room to rent on a peaceful road in Westbourne.

I'm hoping to find someone who enjoys living near the sea as much as I do! A gorgeous place to live in the summer (and all year round) - the flat is ideally placed between the high street and the sea (near Alum Chine) and a 10 minute walk to the beach.

The flat is moderate sized, second floor, one shared bathroom, with a lounge (large TV and streaming services). Kitchen has space for people cooking together, separately and a dining table for four.

The bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and lamps. The kitchen table can be used as study / work space however there is room for a wardrobe and / or a small desk to be added to the bedroom.

Whilst the bedroom itself has limited storage there is plenty of space for extra things in a large under eaves cupboard. The flat itself has great light and air during the day as it's full of windows!

I'm a healthcare professional, into my sports and fitness, as well as kicking back on the sofa for film nights with all the food. If you think you could see yourself living here or have any thoughts/queries send me a message, I'd like to hear from you.
