This will be for a large room in a shared 2-bed flat with a balcony close to Durley Chine.

The next period of the tenancy starts on the 17/09/25 and there is flexibility to move in earlier. The current tenancy is on a rolling contract up until 17/01/26. There would be an option to extend.
